Diarios y Noticias

Diarios y Noticias (DyN) is one of the most important news agencies in Argentina. Its services reach to most of Argentinean newspapers, radios (AM/FM), TV channels (public and cable television) and portals.

Epidata Consulting developed the unique text editor for DyN editorial department by means of which all the agency’s news are edited and published. Among the services provided, we can highlight the analysis, the delineation of the migration plan, the architecture and the development of DyN`s News Archive. In order to create the News Archive, we migrated information of different magnetic sources into the agency’s application servers and implemented a search engine. We exported the photos to different formats and created different connectors so as to make possible to attach photos from different news agencies (TELAM, AMSA, etc).
