Galeno
Galeno is the largest Health business in Argentina, with respect to the health infrastructure. With 560,000 members, 50 branches located through the length of the country, five of their own sanatoriums with special priority for their members: Trinidad Palermo, Trinidad Mitre, Trinidad Quilmes, Trinidad San Isidro and various health centres.
Training and Coaching

Consulting is responsible for bringing training and coaching services
to the work team at Galeno, to accompany them through a technical
change and an integration of the systems of the different health
centres, starting with the development of “Modulos Ambulatorios”.
The
end of the training regime serves to level out the knowledge of the
work team, a necessary factor for beginning new projects. The themes
being addressed are diverse, as are the levels of each one: the
methodology Agile Scrum, UML and Enterprise Architect, Spring,
Hibernate, Flex, good practices in Architecture, Patrons of Design and
Version.
The objective of the coaching consists in giving support,
transferring knowledge and bringing consultancy in decision-making, to
use prior to a project and create a solid work base to overcome the
projects that the Galeno team could come up against in the future.
