"La Caja de Ahorro y Seguros" is the primary commercialization company of general insurance, life insurance, retirement insurance and "ART" in Argentina.

Process Automation

Epidata Consulting is working with La Caja in a project that consists of the automation of the insurance's requests management process, using Oracle BPM. The project is called Medical Records (Legajos Médicos), because it models the flow of the insurances medical approval.

The new solution, built on Oracle BPM, allows to have better aligned processes that reflect the business more clearly. In addition, it will facilitate the development of new views and the possibility of designing control panels.
