Movistar belongs to Compañía del Grupo Telefónica Móviles in Argentina, which is part of the Hispanic largest mobile telephony community of the world.

Epidata Consulting participated in the guidance and provided added-value services in the Enterprise Architect tool use.

Message Q Training

Epidata Consulting trained Movistar’s system administrators on Oracle Message Q. Movistar has a "core" system (used for mobile phone billing) implemented in OpenVMS and Message Q. This was inherited from a Telefonica’s acquisition, but they did not have administrators with knowledge of the tool.

Following the ETP process, a training needs survey was done, the content and materials of the trainings were prepared, and finally, it was delivered.
