Recently acquired by Western Union, it started its operations in Argentina in 1994 and it has more than 3.800 qualified branches and 2.100 adhered organizations. Pago Fácil realizes more than 15 million transactions monthly which turn it into the leader of extrabanking market collection.

Consulting was responsible for the training and mentoring of Pago
Fácil's system team, in the use of Enterprise Architect, and helped
them define templates suitable for the development of the methodology
used by the company. Pago Fácil’s systems team faces two important
challenges: the first one consists of beginning to make the analysis
and the design of the solutions , and the second one is to document the
new initiatives derived of the fusion with Western Union. Nowadays,
Pago Fácil is operating only in Argentina, but together with Western
Union they will take this service to the rest of the countries where
this company operates.
